Terrible customer service
I ordered this product on December 18th. I paid $185 or so. I realize it's the holidays, and that Tec Vanlife is a small company, BUT when I would check the tracking, it only showed "label created" for several days. When I attempted to cancel the order, I was contacted by Campervan HQ who said they'd reach out to Tec Vanlife to see if it had shipped and I did get a follow-up email from Campervan HQ saying Tec Vanlife confirmed the cancelation and we'll process the refund in the next couple of business days. That was over a week ago. I used Venmo and it's not like a bank where it can take them several days to apply funds. It's minutes. I still don't have the $180 that I actually do need. Just a terrible experience overall. Maybe if I'm making several thousands in purchases they pay better attention, but I'll never know because I don't imagine I'll be shopping here again.
