Using this pre-cut van insulation kit will save you lots of time trying to cut Thinsulate insulation to size to fit all the irregular nooks and crannies inside your RAM ProMaster van interior. The insulation kit comes with a diagram that shows the correct location for all the RAM ProMaster camper van insulation pieces.
This insulation kit is designed to fit 2014+ RAM ProMaster - High Roof cargo vans, including:

3M™ Thinsulate™ is a unique non-woven acoustic absorber composed of polyester and polypropylene fibers. The polypropylene fibers are extremely fine, producing a high-energy absorption characteristic with low weight. The polyester fibers are added to strengthen the web, while the scrim protects and contains the fibers. The fine microfibers absorb high frequency noise, and the thicker fibers provide recovery and loft. It is compressible, lightweight, and conformable.

Time saver
Allowed me to easily add insulation while on the road. There was even a piece for behind the headliner in the "pizza oven". Also includes pieces for sliding door, rear doors and wheel wells. The kit fit generally well. The only part that's a bit short are the side panels towards the back. There's a good 3-4 inch gap at the top/bottom of those pieces. But still totally worth it IMO, you're just going to pay a relatively small premium for precut. I like that the kits are made of the double scrim version of thinsulate, but that was more for ease of installation (I used double sided tape on the sides to minimize odors vapors as I was living ft in the van at the time, then low voc 3m90 for the ceiling and wheel wells when I was able to air out the van). I did order another 5 linear feet to fill in 1) some of the areas under the ribs 2) the missed area in the rear side panels, and 3) the doors, where there are large areas that the kit doesn't cover (not that I expected it to, nor should anyone, cover the entirety of the doors). If I had to do it again, I'd go with the same kit. The acoustical difference is huge btw, and I'm pretty sure that the Dynamat Extreme that I used under it was mostly unnecessary.
2023 159” promaster
Overall pretty good. I was missing one upper piece out of the Box, wheel wells were cut way off & some pieces were a little short. I had some areas where I recently added windows and those pieces not being used helped! They did a great job with labeling the pieces & giving a nice map to follow. Install went easy with 3 cans of spray adhesive. Very nice product and they had great communication.
Insulation kit.
I received my order quickly and being labeled and having an installation diagram really made it easy. That said there was some cutting that had to be done for the lower door sections but that was easy enough to do with a good pair of scissors. I wish you sold smaller pieces of the Thinsulate. I see you sell the rolls but small pieces or even the cut offs would be helpful. Overall it sure made my van quieter.
