Norcold 1.5 Cubic Foot DC Marine Refrigerator/Freezer (DC740SS) - Stainless Steel
Looking for a compact, efficient AC/DC RV refrigerator/freezer? The Norcold 1.5 Cubic Foot DC Marine Refrigerator/Freezer (DC740SS) - Stainless Steel is much more electrically efficient than a typical 3-way RV refrigerator (uses at most 3.6A@12VDC!), ensuring you'll aways have cold drinks and perfectly refrigerated food on your trips. This is the same model as former AC/DC NR740SS model, but now offering 12V/24V DC power supply only.
This fridge also will help make sure you get a good night's sleep - its brushless, hermetically-sealed compressor is exceptionally quiet, producing only a gentle hum.
Danfoss BD-series compressors are renowned for their dependability, since the sealed casing is impervious to moisture, dust and dirt, and also will never leak lubricant or refrigerant.
This compact fridge has adjustable, removable door bins with large container storage. The white powder-coated shelves are durable and easy-to-clean.
Note: This refrigerator ships via truck freight, so shipping is $99.

Special Requirements for Marine Installations: If the positive (+12/24 volts) input is grounded (by cuts in the wire insulation, incorrectly insulated components, etc.) a voltage potential can be caused throughout the boat, which causes corrosion to form on any metal parts that are exposed to water. This condition can be avoided by wiring the boat so that the DC grounds are common and the wiring is protected per NNMA CERTIFICATION HANDBOOK (1987). Inspect all wiring to make sure that the insulation is nott damaged and use plastic wire clamps.
