When mounting these windows on your Ram Promaster:
- If you can, cut the openings with a center-blade shear, rather than a jigsaw - this will cut an opening that may be less ragged, produce less debris, and produce less hammering on the sheet metal of the van.
- Make sure you paint the cut edges of the new window opening - if you skip this step, moisture can rust out the edges of the window mounting.
- IMPORTANT: these windows clamp in place - ensure you do not use power tools on the inner trim ring screws, use hand tools to tighten these.

Great product and excellent customer service
This is a great window for our van. Installation was straightforward and it's holding up well over time. My only suggestion is to not fully rely on the factory window template and to cut a template of your own, there is a slight difference. Customer service with Campervan HQ and CRL was impeccable. Due to a manufacturing defect, our first window completely shattered during installation. Campervan HQ submitted a claim to CRL, which was immediately accepted and we received a refund.

Sliding door window
My installers only complaint t was there's no template with the window. He said it is a nice window and I agree. It makes a huge difference now backing out of driveways of clients I can see what's coming down the road

It went well enough. A set of instructions would have been welcome for folks like me who don't install van windows as a profession. Andersen ships Windows by UPS. You might consider that. The freight delivery cost of $90.00 was high.
