PROGRAM DETAILS

Points are set to expire 90-days after receiving. Points are released 30 days after your order is confirmed. You'll receive an email warning 30-days and 3-days prior to points expiring. Once points expire, we cannot reissue points. Redeemed coupon code rewards will expire 6-months from the date of redemption.

No, points can not be refunded once a customer has redeemed points for a coupon.

Do redeemed coupons expire?

Yes, redeemed coupons will expire 6 months from the date redeemed.

Do earned points refund if I return or cancel my order?

Yes, If an order is refunded, partially refunded or voided, points earned on that order will be reversed

Do spent points refund if I return or cancel my order?

No, if a customer has used a reward on an order and that order is refunded/partially refunded/voided/canceled/etc, points spent for the reward are not refunded back to the customer:

This is because how Smile works is customers spend their points for rewards, rather than orders.

When a customer uses their reward on an order the points spent for a reward are deducted from the customer's points balance as soon as they spend them to create the reward.

Do discount rewards refund if I return or cancel my order?

Yes, a discount code reward will remain active for a new order. However, the discount code will expire 6 months from the original redemption date.
